HeyRockyThese terms describe the small, request-driven Rocky SMS program and the recipient controls that always apply.
Rocky SMS is a consent-based program for requested conversational updates and reminders. It is not a bulk-marketing program, and Rocky does not use purchased or imported marketing lists.
A person enters their own number at https://heyrocky.ai/sms, actively checks the unchecked SMS consent box, and then texts START from that same number to +16202076259. Rocky does not send program messages until the START confirmation is received.
Message frequency varies based on the updates or reminders you request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact hey@heyrocky.ai.
HeyRocky records the consent event and START or STOP status to protect recipients and honor the program rules. A contact cannot be manually added as subscribed without their own affirmative consent and START confirmation.
The English-language version of these terms is the official, controlling version. Any translations are provided for convenience only; if a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls and governs any dispute. These terms and any dispute relating to HeyRocky, Rocky, Try Rocky, short links, demo output, submitted information, or related services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through informal written notice and mediation in Texas. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any unresolved dispute must be resolved only by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and the parties waive jury trials and class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief for misuse of systems, intellectual property, security, confidentiality, or unauthorized access, or from using small-claims court where applicable law requires that option remain available.
