HeyRockyHeyRocky is an evolving public and private system. These terms are written to make the boundaries clear: verify important information yourself, do not rely on prototype signals as guarantees, and do not use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.

By accessing HeyRocky, Domain Lab, private pages, magic links, APIs, generated output, or any related service, you agree to use them at your own risk and only for lawful purposes. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may refuse, revoke, or limit access for abuse, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.
HeyRocky may display domain ideas, AI-generated suggestions, availability signals, scores, prices, research notes, business information, legal-adjacent language, trademark-adjacent warnings, technical content, and third-party links. None of it is legal, financial, tax, trademark, investment, security, registrar, escrow, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for independent verification and for consulting qualified professionals before relying on anything.
Domain availability, pricing, aftermarket status, premium status, DNS information, registration status, search results, and related domain data can be wrong, delayed, cached, simulated, unavailable, or changed by third parties at any time. A displayed result does not reserve, register, sell, broker, transfer, appraise, guarantee, or grant rights in any domain name. No domain transaction occurs through HeyRocky unless a separate written agreement or registrar checkout explicitly says so.
If you request help pursuing a domain that appears unavailable, the $49 brokerage initiation fee pays only for our time to review your request, open an initial buyer-side inquiry, and attempt discreet outreach or research as we think appropriate. It is not a commission, escrow deposit, purchase credit, appraisal, legal review, trademark clearance, guarantee of contact, guarantee of seller response, guarantee of price, guarantee of negotiation, guarantee of successful acquisition, or promise that the domain can be bought at any amount. Sellers, registrants, registrars, marketplaces, privacy services, brokers, payment processors, and other third parties may refuse, ignore, delay, change prices, impose terms, or be unreachable. Additional agreements, identity checks, commissions, escrow fees, registrar fees, taxes, purchase funds, and legal review may be required before any transaction. You authorize us to spend reasonable time initiating the inquiry on your behalf, but you remain solely responsible for deciding whether to proceed, for verifying rights and risks, and for all third-party costs or consequences. The initiation fee is earned when we begin review/outreach and is generally non-refundable except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.
Names to consider, summaries, recommendations, scores, classifications, research, and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, infringing, unavailable, duplicative, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing output, checking rights, checking trademarks, checking laws, and deciding whether any output is appropriate. We do not guarantee originality, registrability, legality, profitability, ranking, fitness, or non-infringement.
If you enter searches, email addresses, names, notes, forms, prompts, shortlist items, or other information, you represent that you have the right to provide it. We may process submitted data to operate, secure, improve, debug, audit, personalize, and protect the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, passwords, payment information, confidential third-party information, or regulated data unless we explicitly provide a secure workflow for that data.
Some areas use approved emails, magic links, cookies, sessions, scoped rooms, and access controls. You are responsible for keeping links, devices, browsers, and accounts secure. Magic links may expire, be revoked, fail, or be limited. Access to a private page does not give permission to copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, publish, or misuse content unless separately authorized.
You may not attack, overload, scrape aggressively, spam, phish, bypass access controls, test security without permission, submit unlawful material, infringe rights, harass anyone, resell access, interfere with the service, or use HeyRocky to build, support, or conceal harmful activity. Automated use may be blocked or rate-limited.
The site may link to search engines, registrars, marketplaces, APIs, email providers, analytics, hosting platforms, and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, prices, terms, uptime, policies, transactions, security, or decisions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
HeyRocky, the interface, design, source organization, text, graphics, generated tool structure, and non-user content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You retain whatever rights you have in your own lawful submissions, but you grant us a license to host, process, display, transform, and use submissions as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not promise that the service will meet your needs, produce a particular outcome, remain available, or be free from defects, harmful components, or data loss.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES; LOST DATA; LOST DOMAINS; LOST BUSINESS; LOST GOODWILL; SECURITY INCIDENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL; THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS; OR RELIANCE ON GENERATED OUTPUT OR DOMAIN DATA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY DIRECT LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the service, submissions, violation of these terms, violation of law, infringement or alleged infringement, domain decisions, third-party disputes, or misuse of access credentials or links.
We aim to collect only what is useful to operate the service: searches, submitted forms, approved email-link users, audit events, security logs, cookies/session data, and technical information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request metadata. We use this to provide the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, improve features, and maintain security. We do not want sensitive personal information submitted through general forms.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. For legal or privacy questions, contact the site operator through the channel that provided you access.
