Terms summary
The Try Rocky feature is a limited demonstration and lead-intake experience. It is not an emergency service, professional adviser, legal/financial/medical/security consultant, real estate broker, MLS provider, title company, appraisal service, property inspector, marketing agency of record, or guaranteed automation system. Visitors may submit only information they have the right to share and should not submit passwords, private account data, protected health information, financial account information, government identifiers, confidential client files, non-public business records, payment card data, private spreadsheets, or anything that requires regulated handling. Demonstrations may use public information, search results, user-provided URLs, user-provided text, AI-generated analysis, and human/Rocky review. Outputs may contain errors, outdated information, omissions, or creative/marketing assumptions and must be independently verified before use. Property, business, distance, topography, pricing, availability, map, demographic, review, and point-of-interest information may come from third-party public sources and is not guaranteed. No sale, listing, booking, reservation, purchase, publication, account change, legal act, customer communication, or external action will be made for a visitor unless separately agreed and approved. Submitted contact details may be used to respond about Rocky services, prepare a demo, and follow up about paid setup. We may decline, throttle, delete, or ignore abusive, illegal, unsafe, high-risk, or impractical requests. Demo artifacts are examples only and may not be private, exclusive, error-free, suitable for compliance, or cleared for advertising use until reviewed by the visitor and any qualified professionals. By using Try Rocky, the visitor accepts these limitations, grants permission to process the submitted information for the demo, and agrees that HeyRocky/Rocky/Kevin are not liable for reliance on unverified demo output. The English-language version of these terms controls over any translation. Texas law governs, and disputes are subject to the mediation, binding individual arbitration, jury-waiver, and class-action-waiver provisions in the HeyRocky legal terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.
