These terms keep the public test feature safe: no private account access, no professional-advice reliance, no risky external actions, and no guarantee until a paid setup is agreed.
No professional advice
Demo output may reference property details, maps, topography, distances, restaurants, hospitals, business ideas, marketing claims, public records, reviews, and third-party information. None of it is legal, financial, tax, medical, real-estate, appraisal, inspection, brokerage, title, insurance, compliance, or professional advice.
Public information boundary
Visitors must submit only information they have the right to share. Do not submit passwords, account credentials, private customer lists, private spreadsheets, protected health information, payment details, confidential client files, government identifiers, or non-public business records.
No external authority
Rocky will not buy, book, reserve, message customers, contact third parties, change accounts, publish advertising, access private systems, or take risky external action from this demo unless a separate paid agreement and approval workflow is in place.
AI and public-source limitations
AI output and public-source research can be wrong, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unattributed. Distances, maps, points of interest, listing details, and business information must be independently verified before use.
Demo artifacts
One-sheets, PDFs, previews, copy, image concepts, and suggested workflows are examples for evaluation. They may need licensing, compliance review, source verification, brand review, MLS/IDX review, fair-housing review, advertising review, or professional review before public use.
Contact and follow-up
By submitting the form, visitors permit HeyRocky/Rocky/Kevin to store the submitted information, contact them about the demo, prepare a demonstration, and follow up about paid Rocky setup or related services.
Decline / throttle / delete
We may decline, delete, throttle, ignore, or manually review requests that appear abusive, unsafe, unlawful, impractical, spammy, high-risk, or outside the intended demo scope.
No warranty / liability limitation
Try Rocky is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HeyRocky/Rocky/Kevin disclaim warranties and are not liable for reliance on unverified demo output or for indirect, consequential, special, or business losses.
English controls / Texas dispute process
The English-language version of these terms is the official, controlling version. Any translations are provided for convenience only; if a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls and governs any dispute. These terms and any dispute relating to HeyRocky, Rocky, Try Rocky, short links, demo output, submitted information, or related services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through informal written notice and mediation in Texas. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any unresolved dispute must be resolved only by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and the parties waive jury trials and class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief for misuse of systems, intellectual property, security, confidentiality, or unauthorized access, or from using small-claims court where applicable law requires that option remain available.
